Need Local to NY & NJ area Only In-Person is Required QA Tester with Data Warehouse Location: NY Duration: 6 months Rate - $35/-hr (MAXX) Responsibilities: . Develop quality assurance processes to address test case management, automated testing strategies, etc., for the data warehouse. . Develop testing and defect tracking standards. . Develop and maintain test plans and cases. . Manage and direct the multiple types of testing (functional, installation, acceptance, browser compatibility, load, stress, performance, volume). . Manage defect tracking and resolution. Required Skills: . Extensive skills in writing and executing automated testing scripts. . Familiarity with multiple testing strategies and have an understanding of their strengths and weaknesses. . Ability to apply statistical methodologies to testing. . People skills. . Organizational skills. . Strong communication skills. Qualifications: . Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field/experience. . 5+ years quality assurance experience in a software development environment. . 3+ years experience in data warehouse quality assurance. . 3+ years experience in the Medicaid subject area desired.
