Title Oracle Vignette Content Management Duration 1 Months Pay Rate 65$/Hr C2C All Incl Location Denver, CO Job Description Description: The Professional Services organization of TriZetto utilizes Vignette heavily for content management and project collaboration, both internally and for exposing content/docs to clients (via Vignette Portal). They are currently experiencing severe performance issues, which they believe is due to Vignette configuration, although a prudent investigation in to server, database, and network performance should be performed to validate assumptions. The client is currently running Vignette Collaboration version 7.1, on Windows Server 2003 and IIS. So the services to be provided by this Vignette SME are to evaluate the performance and configuration of Vignette, and to work closely with an enterprise architect to troubleshoot the performance issues and provide recommendations. Because of this potential broader scope of performance issues to be covered, if this resource has some of these skills (e.g. network, database, or server performance), this would be considered a plus. Vignette configuration and performance assessment and recommendations; input to overall recommendation to relieve performance pain points and provide better performance, including maintenance recommendations to avoid this from happening again.
