*Job Title : Production Support* *Location : Washington DC* *Duration : 6+ Months* *Description : * - Provide *Production Support* for the *Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) application*, its interfaces and related components. - Execute daily, weekly and monthly jobs, processes and procedures. - Monitor job execution and maintain the process schedule. - Execute *reports and ad-hoc queries *to provide required partner data. - Meet *Service Level Agreements (SLAs)* and metrics associated with incidents. - *Execute code migrations *and support user acceptance testing activity for changes and enhancements. - *4+ years *of *SQL/PL-SQL development *experience with RDMS required (Oracle 9i and above is preferred). - *4+ years *hands-on experience with *UNIX*; including reviewing, creating and modifying *UNIX shell scripts *and executing command-level instructions. - Knowledge of *JavaScript *a plus. - Experience with an *Extract Transformation and Load *(ETL) tool highly desirable; *Informatica *experience a plus. - Experience using a *ticket tracking system Remedy *preferred - 2+ years experience with *Business Objects, Crystal Reports *or other enterprise reporting tools - Experience with source control and configuration management systems: *Star Team *experience a plus *Looking forward for your Response.* Regards, Hima V - Tech.
