Job Description: Analysis, design, coding, component and assembly testing of all application code owned by the Application Team. Maintenance (including production support), enhancement and development work. Write application software, data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, databases, design, programming, testing and implementation, technical and user documentation, software conversions. · 7+ years of demonstrated experience programming web based applications in C# or VB6.Net in a Multi-Tier environment. · 7+ years of Demonstrated experience using PL/SQL coding stored procedures, packages, indexes, etc using Oracle as the Database. · 7+ years of Demonstrated experience designing and invoking Crystal Reports from web based applications. · 7+ years of Demonstrated experience developing Financial Applications for complex Health related organizations. · 7+ years of Demonstrated experience with Ajax, Java Script, Cascading Style Sheets, and HTML. · 1+ years of Demonstrated experience with Team Foundation Server using source code management and working with agile template and scrum board in TFS. · 2+ years of Demonstrated experience using a Data Manipulation Tool for Oracle such as Toad. · 1+ years of Demonstrated experience using Visual Studio 2010 with C#.Net. · 1+ years of Demonstrated experience working in an Agile development environment *Certification:* · * Certified Scrum Master (CSM) designation.* Responsibilities: 1. Use Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 to develop/maintain application code using C#.Net, Java, AJAX, and HTML. 2. Use Team Foundation Server as a repository for the source code, for checking code in and out and for tracking project work items. 3. Use Crystal Reports/Enterprise/.Net to create new and enhance existing reports. 4. Use agile development practices- attend scrum meetings, sprint planning, and review meetings, and code the desired functionality based on “user stories:, into the application. 5. Create Oracle stored procedures and packages. 6. Perform unit testing on all code changes. 7. Troubleshoot errors in applications and provide estimates for work to be completed. During the term of this assignment, knowledge transfer from the consultant/project team to State employees will be mandated. The knowledge transfer will be a written plan.
