*JOB INFORMATION*
This position requires accurate data analysis and research skills and clear
and concise communication across several functions within the company as
well as with external customers. Examine, assess, develop, and document
business operations and procedures of operating or administrative unit.
*KEY JOB FUNCTIONS*
Assess business operations and processes of assigned office or business
unit to understand procedures, information flows and handoffs, decisions,
communications pathways and the like.
Develop and maintain business tools and systems (EUCs) through available
tools (mainly MS Access) to meet business needs.
Document business requirements, procedures, and process flows. Ability to
understand business requirements and translate into functional development
requirements.
Create data extracts from database into Excel and/or Access to support
various analyses, while providing ad hoc support and analysis as
necessary.
Develop queries, analyses, or reports from applications for operations or
management staff of assigned business unit(s).
Additional duties as assigned.
*Qualifications *

*EDUCATION
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
*MINIMUM EXPERIENCE*
4+ years of related experience
*SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS*
Strong MS Access, MS Excel, VBA, VBScript, ODBC/OLE connectivity, and MS
SQL Server background, with strong understanding of relational database
design.
TOAD, SharePoint, and Visio background a plus.
Experience in building projects utilizing system development life cycle
process
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact across internal
business and management lines to ensure positive and productive
relationships.
