SPECIFIC *TECHNICAL* EXPERIENCE * Strong object oriented software development experience using design patterns * *Good Experience with Java Script and JS frameworks like JQuery, Angular and Backbone* * *Strong experience coding in Java technologies and frameworks like JSP, JSTL, JMS, JNDI, JDBC, JAXB, Struts, Hibernate, Maven, log4j and JUnit.* * *Strong experience with Java Spring and Spring modules like Security, Mail, Batch, MVC* * Strong XML technology experience such as XSD, XPath, XQuery, XSLT, etc. * Solid understanding of Java Web Services WSDL, SOAP, XML, RESTful, Web Services Development Kit. * Strong in database technologies: Oracle, MySQL * *Experience with Scala (1+ years), Play, Lift is a plus* RESPONSIBILITIES * *Lead* development of software frameworks, instructional examples and solving architectural hazards * Design and develop software, demos and prototypes based on business and functional requirements * Coordinate with deployment and infrastructure teams to instruct/document/help with deployment of new software. * Multitask as necessary to handle long term and short term deliverables along with immediate production issues * Maintain, build, debug and unit test software * Partner, divide responsibilities and leverage offshore development resources as required. * Maintain strong professional presence with regard to working hours, taking ownership, delivering.
