* Location: Saline, MI Duration: 5+months extendable contract*

*Role Description:*
Designs, develops, conducts full testing and supports production
implementation as well as post implementation warranty period.
Investigation and problem resolution for production support as well as new
development
*Desired Experience: 3 years*

*General Description:*
Daily monitoring, troubleshooting & administration of R&D business
applications.

*Requirements/Must Have:*
•        PHP (Object-oriented Scripting Language) development /
troubleshooting of web-based applications.
•        2+ years of web-based form creation/submission/updating.
•        Create / Test efficient SQL queries against an Oracle database. 2+
years experience.
•        Create / Test / Troubleshoot HTML user-interfaces with JavaScript
interaction.
•        JQuery experience is a plus, but not required. 2+ years experience.
•        Must be a self-starter and be able to follow & enforce defined
division processes.
•        Must work well within a diverse integrated team environment.
•        Excellent organization & time management skills in addition to a
high level of problem solving and analysis.
•        Ensure exceptional customer service & support with prompt problem
resolution & follow-up for local and remote end users.
•        Creation/usage of Microsoft Excel macro’s and Api’s. (2+ years
experience).
•        Proficiency with Microsoft Visio document creation.
•        Experience with Remedy Help Desk ticket software and PlanView is a
plus, but not required.

*Skills & Qualification:*
•        Development / testing of application updates and bug-fixes.
•        Troubleshoot / diagnose application issues.
•        Strong understanding of interactive web-site creation and user
interface design.
•        Ability to create / maintain standardized processes.
•        Deploy application changes using Company’s Change Management
Process.
•        Support emergency application changes or business requests.
•        Create detailed / clear weekly status & problem reports.
•        Provide off-hours support as needed, both onsite & remotely.
•        Daily time management and accurate time reporting.
