Please send the resumes at alb...@cncconsulting.com Job Title: Java Developer Location: Lansing, MI Duration: 1 Years Direct Client Position *Rate: $45-50/hr* One (1) Sr. Programmer to assist the Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB), and the Department of Community Health (DCH) Behavioral Health Division to modify and enhance the State of Michigan (SOM) Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (OBRA) and support additional database interfaces to additional systems and related services as required. Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (OBRA) provides a web based application to all authorized users those who participate in completion, filing and registration to assure the implementation of those provisions of OBRA which address the relationship of nursing facilities to persons who are mentally ill or mentally challenged The core OBRA is functional but missing several components needed in order to implement the application based on current needs. Resources will be required to rewrite the application functionality and enhancements with current technology to complete development of the OBRA web based application. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: o Review user work requests, analyze requirements, develop program specifications and coordinate testing in multiple environments for systems used statewide, such as DCH File Transfer, Single Sign-On, and the OBRA Application o Review and validate the development of test data and scenarios incorporating extensive knowledge of Department business rules. o Validate and implement test procedures for applications used Candidate must have a background with: o Strong UI design background using o JSP Standard Tag Library 1.2 o Java Server Pages 2.2 o Expression Language 2.2 o HTML5 o CSS2/3 o JQuery 1.10.x o JQuery UI 1.10.x o Strong Middle Tier background using o Spring 3.2 utilizing Bean validation. o Spring MVC and CRUD design patterns o Role management with Spring Security 3.1.x. o Java EE 6 o Hibernate 4.1.x o Java Persistence API 2.0 o Java Transaction API 1.1 o Oracle 11g and PL/SQL. o Additional experience using o JBoss EAP 6.1.x o Tivoli Single Sign-On o Maven 3.0.3 or greater o Subversion 1.6.x o MyEclipse for Spring 10.7 o Toad 10.6 or greater o Web Service development Skills Required Minimum 8 years in Java/Java EE, HTML, CSS, JavaScript Minimum 5 years in Hibernate, Oracle 10g/11g databases and PL/SQL Minimum 5 years in system, communication and user documentation Minimum 4 years with web architecture management Minimum 3 years in project plan management Minimum 3 years in JBoss and MyEclipse/Eclipse Advanced proficiency with all MS Office applications and Microsoft Visio.
