*Please send the resumes at alb...@cncconsulting.com <alb...@cncconsulting.com>* Job Title: Systems Analyst w/Cobol Location: Denver, CO Duration: 9 months This person would take functional business requirements from DPA for and apply it to the CPPS, HRDW, or ESS systems, write system change requirements and high level technical designs for programmer analysts to develop and test. This person would also review test results to make sure they match the requirements documentation. This person would update CA-SD change order and Clarity project information. Very good writing skills, ability to use word, excel, powerpoint, and visio are required. This person must be able to read and understand JCL and COBOL and use TSO to navigate and look at raw data. 3-4 years of COBOL programming experience is required. Must understand the difference between technical system flowcharts and data flow diagrams and be able to analyze raw code and develop either. 3-4 years of systems analysis experience is required. This person must be able to analyze information they receive from the users, clarify what is meant, and then develop clear language to be used between technical, operational, and functional groups so that everyone understands what is being communicated. Excellent written and verbal communication skills is required. It would be very helpful if the person had some general ledger and/or even more helpful Payroll experience.
