Job Title: Documentum Admin Location: Tampa, FL Duration: 6 months Extension Possible : Yes JD for your reference : Documentum environment management and suggestion of improvement for PwC BPM app. Its a global app with documentum content stores in US and UK and BOCS in 5 different global locations. Close to 20+ Major incidents in Documentum space in last 1 year and there has been a lack of understanding of the root cause and no proactive solutions given by EMC. We are on dctm 6.6 and plan is to move to 7.0 and higher next year. There is a Documentum support team at onsite and offshore and the ask is not to do ticket resolution. Its about identifying symptoms early and recommend corrective actions proactively. The plan for PwC is to leverage this architect for other DMS solutions in PwC not managed by Infosys.
