*Title: Project/Program Management Associate Specialist * *Duration: 6+ Months* *Location: Plano TX* The EPMO provides tools, methodology, governance, and project/portfolio management to the BIS Organization. The EPMO Services team enables project management capabilities into the branches of BIS. This position is critical to the enablement of successful, insightful and efficient project/program practices. The PMO will focus on leading project or mentoring project managers and providing structure to projects for increased success. Lead projects or coach and enable project managers with appropriate partnering to deliver a project on time, within budget and with quality On-Board new Project Managers to: Various forums: Engagement, IPR, WIT, etc. Tools, Methodology, Compliance, Status and Metrics Provide governance for Stage Gates and SOX compliance and approvals Conduct Quarterly process updates and train on changes Facilitate Risk, Issue and Scope (Change Control) Management as necessary Serve as a point of escalations and knocking down barriers (working through challenges with cross functional teams) Knowledge for Agile/Scrum is preferred, but not required Process and efficiency orientated. Can take "like" activities and implement cyclical processes and drive the education of others. PMP Certification Minimum of 5 years Project management experience required Ability to proactively and independently navigate to engage teams and get work done (build relationships) Knowledge and proven practice of project management methodology and practices Ability influence the activities of others not in own reporting structure Ability to work independently Knowledge of interworking of project tools and the practical application and techniques used for them Ability to drive education from the use of presentations and webinars, tool demonstrations Ability to juggle multiple work streams and work against the right priorities Maintain a focus on priorities Ability to facilitate and communicate persuasively Adaptability and flexibility for deadlines, ambiguity and change *Thanks & Regards,* *Matt Blair / Global Resource Management, Inc.
