These programs are designed to help people directly affected by Superstorm Sandy achieve permanent, sustainable housing solutions. This solicitation is for assistance with developing data sharing, analytics and reporting. The scope of services to be performed by the selected individual includes: Mandatory Skill/Expertise A minimum of 8 years of experience in Java/J2EE development for large-scale enterprise applications; A minimum of 8 years of experience in leading development teams Must have experience in architecting J2EE applications Strong knowledge of data integration technologies and processes; Knowledge of with ETL technologies and software, preferably informatica Experience with IBM WebSphere Message Broker, MQ and JMS; Experience with relational databases preferably Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server; Solid experience in XML Technologies (XML, XSL, XSD); Ability to plan technical architecture and develop documentation; Excellent oral and written communication skills are required; Solid knowledge of testing tools and techniques; Must be able to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance.
