The BSAs will be part of the Channel and Integration team. They will meet with business partners to review business requirements. They will meet with Team to gather and document the level of effort on projects They will work as part of the project team to deploy project requests. They will be asked to work some evening hours and occasional weekends as part of new technology deployments. They will perform various other analytical tasks as needed to ensure successful completion of assigned Projects the BSA will be responsible for requirements and functional architecture. Involved in testing and implementation of applications. Skills needed: *All BSAs must have a proven track record of Call Center project experience.* *Preferably with Call Center Technology knowledge and web based front end solutions. Experience with Big Data is a plus.* *Preferably having experience with requirements gathering/ documentation tools.
