*Need hands on IBM BPM 8.0 experience but BPM 7.5 is acceptable. Candidates
with only Oracle BPM experience will NOT work.*

The BPM Developer builds technical business process flows inside the IBM
BPM tooling/environments. The developer will take functional and process
requirements from business teams and BPE teams. He/She will translate the
requirements into technical workflows, processes, user entry forms, work
queues and associated human interactions inside the BPM tool. The candidate
will design, develop, perform unit, system, integration and regression
testing and implement BPM solutions into production.  The BPM developer
will act as a mentor to assist with the cross-training of existing staff
with the best industry practices for developing BPM processes for
consumption. Perform development tasks which will involve extraction and
transfer of data, performing all associated transformations, validations,
cleansing, and preparation of data for load into the applicable system(s).
Work on elements of large, complex installations.  Develop and implement
process improvements, act a s an advocate for the business partners and
work closely with the other IT resources to perform space planning,
monitoring, security, performance tuning, archiving, and upgrade support.
Work closely with user and management to maintain and continually improve
the operations, maintenance, and documentation of the systems.  Advocate
for change and assist in the alignment of team initiatives to MIS strategic
goals and priorities. Develop long term strategic road map for the
technology area in areas of expertise.  Other duties as assigned.

*Required:*
*Java, SOA/Web Services with deep experience on IBM Business Process
Manager; IBM Integration Developer (IID/WID); BPEL*

*Secondary skills: Agile development*






*•           3-5 years of experience in software delivery or software
development (Java/JEE)•           3-5 years of specialized experience in
delivery of IBM BPM deployments (Websphere Process Server)
v8.0-8.5•           2-3 years of related experience working in a SOA
environment developing SOA services•           IBM BAM - Business Activity
Monitoring – reporting / data warehouse•           Experience with
configuration, deployment, and testing of enterprise software
applications•           Strong communication and presentation
skills•           Strong problem solving and design skills*

*Preferred:*
Exposure to Web architecture and design principles, Web Services / SOA,
Portal Frameworks and Portal design
Understanding of middleware and integration technologies
Understanding of portal development experience
Sound knowledge of HTML and HTTP
Understanding of XML Schema and/or XSLT
Proven experience with the exposure of web services for large vendor
applications such as PeopleSoft 9.1, Siebel 7.8/8.2, Hyperion 11, Stellent
10/11, OBIEE 11
