Job Title: Project Manager Location: Boston MA Duration: 12 Months Start Date: Immediate *US CITIZENS OR GREEN CARD ONLY* Overview: The project manager will manage project deliverables including project risks, issues, contingencies, communications, project schedules, project financials and change management plans. Verify adherence and performance to standard plans and procedures. Additionally this role will require expertise in application development processes (e.g. Software Development Lifecycle and Change Control) as well as the ability to motivate team members, drive change, and facilitate problem solving discussions across all departments and teams. 1. Must have 7-10+ years experience with SLDC based project-management, which includes leadership and evaluation of project teams and supervision of personnel. a. In depth knowledge of software development methodologies and project management principles b. Develop detailed project plans and manage cross-discipline resources to meet deadlines and budget. c. Develop estimates and forecast project costs with accuracy in alignment with project methodology and finance deadlines d. Identify issues and risks, develop mitigation plans and drive open items to closure e. Manage to milestones, understand critical path, and effectively communicate status at all levels f. Present and facilitate effective meetings, with business leaders and executives as well as with technical audiences g. Outstanding facilitation skills and ability to manage business related discussion, influence key stakeholders, and drive groups towards decisions. 2. Experience with Dental or Healthcare / Member, Provider, Claims experience - -HUGE PLUS 3. Proficient in using MS Project and other project management tools 4. PMP Certification highly Recommended 5. Demonstrate the ability to think 'outside the box' and to 'see the big picture' 6. Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization. 7. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and effective communicator 8.
