*Mandatory Requirements*
Technician V Eight or more years demonstrated performance in related
technology. Experienced in topics such as complex networks, messaging,
cross-platform integration and large-scale, complex systems design and
implementation.

This individual will have been trained in one or more of the following
areas:

·         Microsoft Solutions Framework, product futures, and relevant
Certified Training associated with Microsoft's products.

·         Participate in strategic planning sessions with Technical Project
Manager and customer staff

·         Participate in delivering technical presentations to customer
staff

·         Serve as Technical Project Manager

·         Analyze technical requirements and develop effective technical
solutions

·         Lead role in conceiving architectural designs

·         Lead role in current environment assessment



*Desired Requirements*

·         96 Months Specific demonstrated experience with specification and
administration (including MACs, call accounting, upgrading, user support)
AVAYA and Nortel server systems

·         60 Months Demonstrated experience in campus level and station
cabling infrastructure using structure cabling techniques and best
practices specifications for code compliance and termination for data and
voice.

·         48 Months Demonstrated successful experience as Project Manager
for strategic planning telecommunications projects exceeding 500 port
counts for both data and voice with WAN and provider connections.

·         48 Months Specific demonstrated experience with specifying,
designing, and supporting telecommunications carrier services.

·         36 Months Specific demonstrated experience with specifications,
administration, and user support of Cisco VoIP Communications systems.

·         36 Months Demonstrated customer service experience by providing
direct customer support including user documentation and tracking using
ITIL procedures.
