Full Legal Name: Phone Number(s) : Email : Visa Status : Current Location : Availability : Relocation : Hourly Rate: *Role: Lead LMS Tester (Successfactors Plateau 6.3)* *Location: Downtown, Chicago, IL 60661* *Duration: 8-9 Months+* *Job description:* The client is adding a new Business Unit to an existing LMS Plateau instance and upgrading an existing system to LMS 6.39 Version. · 7+ years experience in LMS product testing · Must have in-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors (previously known as Plateau), be able to understand requirements and translate them to functional test cases. · SuccessFactors (SAP Successfactors Plateau LMS) is expected · Must have exposure to ver. 6.39 · 8-10 years QA Testing experience · Prior lead or QA management experience is a MUST · Experience writing test plans/scripts/cases from requirements and design documents. · Strong background in manual and regression testing · Experience with Database and backend testing is expected. · Web testing experience. · Full SDLC experience required (requirements, design, development, test, implementation, and process integration). · Strong analytical and problem solving skills. · Strong written and verbal communication skills. *Responsibilities:* · Assist in the analysis of the client's existing data to ensure data integrity would not be lost. · Lead the Testing portion of the data migration from their existing proprietary system called Training Server (with Oracle as the DB) into Plateau 6.39. · Lead the Testing phase of the project - Development of Test Cases - Perform Testing - Maintain Testing Issue log - Provide daily Summary of Testing status - Review Testing issues and work with Lead BA and development team for resolution. - Coordinate with resources both IT and business as needed for testing phase. - Provide some amount of Business Analysis support as required *Soft Skills Required: - * · Able to well assimilate into a downtown executive office environment. · Polished communications skills and a "consultative" style, able to function, engage, and interact at a senior level. · Results-oriented self-starter · Takes ownership of the task at hand and the expected results · Strong commitment to project delivery dates and doing whatever it takes to meet those dates · Plays well as part of a team, cooperative, offers ideas, flexible Thanks & Regards *Sumit Gupta * Symphony Enterprises, LLC | Global Business and IT Consulting Company.
