The Process Development PM will manage small to medium process project(s) with low to moderate risk. The process focus on Technical Support processes as they relate to new Service Offerings that are being rolled out. *Role and Responsibilities: * *Process Development: * *Manage Process Project Delivery:. * Executes Project Lifecycle Implementation of Process Changes: Manages Communication: Defines Process Metrics *Builds Team: *Resolves Issues: Effectively identifies and resolves issues.
