Hi, Role: Systems/Technical Support Duration : 6months Location: ATLANTA, GA Rate: open Project Description: Migration of 750 Toll Free numbers from IXC to Client. Candidate will be required to interface with owner of Toll Free number to gather required data-set, validate required design, which would include switched Toll Free Numbers, Dedicated Toll Free numbers, validate Advanced Feature requirements and develop Minimum data set to place service order. Complete required Resporg paperwork to complete Service order. Additionally, candidate will be asked to assist with Outbound LD migration project. Job Description: Contractor will perform the following tasks: 1. Own required data gathering to transition 750 Toll Free numbers from IXC to Client 2. Interface with Client to gather required data set, such as address information, advanced features required, etc. 3. Interface with Sales Team weekly to provide status of project. 4. Assist in completing required service order to transistion numbers to Client 4. Complete Resporg work-sheet in order to complete transition from IXC to Client 5. Provide assistance to Sales Team in validating other data related to the Outbound LD Migration Project. 6. Records reconciliation against Billing and completing respective service order to rectify erroneous billing.
