Solid Flex experience but doesn’t have to be a front-end Flex guru. Has to be able to develop end to end Flex to Java applications. This is *NOT* a website designer. Has to understand how Flex works. Use Flex to enrich internal application (Admin Forms, GUI’s, Drag and Drop, etc).
