*Position Description: *
Minimum Experience: *Bachelor's degree and 10+ yrs exp or equiv*
The candidate needs to have fundamental business knowledge of banking
institutions and how it's retail systems are implemented.. Ideal candidate
should be able to quickly understand and articulate (catered to the
audience) the design flow and key the objectives of end-to-end project while
understanding how each impacted applications' enhancements affect the
overall testing effort.
Additional responsibilities of the candidate include but not limited to:
* Host test meetings and drive resolution of issues for all
stakeholders involved in the project.
* Assist with the creation of an overall Master Test Plan and assist
in completing requirements traceability matrixes
* Contacting the impacted applications and obtaining their test
objectives, testing milestones, generating consolidated test calendars
* Maintain communication channels to relevant stakeholders with the
goal of being proactive in communicating critical issues that would cause a
delay in implementation
* Partner with the relevant applications' QA groups
* Assist with identifying test data needs
*Minimum Requirements:*
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 yrs experience in QA (testing or managing testing cycles)
- Minimum 3 yrs Project Management experience (medium to high complexity)
- Superb communication skills (written and oral)
- Excellent organizational and management skills
- Strong knowledge of Mercury Quality Center
*Preferred:*
- PMP Certification Highly Needed.
- Experience with Retail Banking applications and processes.
- ClearQuest Defect Tracking
- Familiarity with technology and job flows
- Familiarity with end to end testing processes and procedures
- Familiarity with the SDLC process
