Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. *ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES * ** · Mainframe and/or PC SAS · Excellent command of SQL statements. · Use of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, ...) · Knowledge of Healthcare claims, provider, and membership data · Work with business users to define requirements, build custom reports, validate the information, and deliver the reports in an expeditious manner. · Strong communication skills with the ability to work under pressure. · Other duties may be assigned. *OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES * ** · Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills. · Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job. *LANGUAGE SKILLS * ** · Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. · Ability to read and interpret documents including process, procedure, and technical manuals. · Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. · Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization. *MATHEMATICAL SKILLS * ** · Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and basic algebraic functions. · Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. *PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE * ** · Past experience with OSCAR/SQL Server. · Prior work experience at COMPANY in a data reporting role. *EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE * ** · Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred · Minimum three (3) to five (5) years related experience preferred.
