The qualified resource will provide technical consultation and guidance for the configuration, design, and implementation of complex enterprise solutions with regard to the Oracle IDM product. Primary technologies integrated with IDM are built on the Oracle Exadata/Exalogic computing platform include Seibel, MDM, OPA, SoA/Fusion, UCM, IPM, IDM, OBIEE and OEM products. This role will play a vital part in the strategic and operational direction for future systems modernization pursued by OHA and DHS. The person in this position will participate in assessing Oregon’s current Oracle solutions/services platform, defining long-term support requirements, and creating a technology roadmap. Tasks will include providing to support existing staff, developing both a near/mid-term effort to improve system stability and a long-term strategy to optimize the Oracle IDM system configuration as part of a larger enterprise suite. Skills/Experience The desired resource will have 3-5 years of experience supporting operations and maintenance of Oracle IDM solutions. Qualified candidates will have experience in configuration and implementation, oversight and problem resolution/support as well as system optimization (to include monitoring/maintenance of the Oracle IDM product).
