Ø For all the Java roles client has, client will consider candidates who have working experience with Java Back end, strong SQL Skills, Middleware and Front End. (This is a must) Ø For Jr. Java Developer client would prefer to see 2 to 4 years of experience Ø For Mid-Level Java Developers client would prefer to have 4-8 years of experience Ø For Sr. Level Java Developers, client would like to see candidates with more than 8 years of experience. Ø Good experience with UI development – strong experience with Java script is a great plus. *Prefer Candidates with:* Ø backbone JavaScript Ø Angular JS, Ø J query *Any experience with: * Ø Yahoo user interface, GWT and JSF is a great plus. Ø Experience with Agile development techniques is a must Ø Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle Ø BS or MS in Computer Science or technical equivalent is a great plus * What we’re looking for:* Ø A passion for excellence Ø Solid teamwork and communication skills - must be a team-player and self –starter Ø Strong analytical and problem solving skills Ø Ability to work quickly, in tight deadlines This client has consultants working for more than 4 years on contract. Once hired contract goes for long term. Client will do a phone interview for qualified candidates within 1-2 days of resume submission followed by a face to face interview.
