WebSphere Portal application that also involves the use of BPM tools which are in the process of being determined. Job involves providing mentoring and technical assistance to developers, trouble shooting, identifying gaps in the framework, direction of application, providing consultation and recommendations to Client management. As well as having strong technical skills must be effective communicator and able to confidently present ideas. This would be a hands on role.
