Position:- PM with HR related Experience with BI Location:- Winston Salem, NC Duration :- 6+ Months *JOB DESCRIPTION: * This person will be involved with managing HR projects for our client. Projects include annual incentives, workforce planning, dashboards, and global HR studies. This person will be also helping to identify IT solutions to help with new capabilities for HR business needs. While most of the projects will be HR related experience with BI is a must have. The client currently uses tools such as Microsoft BI stack, Hyperion, and Tableau. The ideal candidate will not need experience with these specific tools but will need experience with *similar* enterprise level BI solutions. Projects will be managed in MS Project in a mixture of waterfall and Agile/Scrum. *DESIRED SKILLS* 1) 5- 7 years of IT Project management experience required. Must have exceptional project management skills.PMP or PMI-ACP Certification preferred. 2) Ideal candidates will possess strong functional understanding of Human Resources domain, including compensation and benefits systems. It is essential that you are able to demonstrate experience either deploying, or leading significant efforts in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or HCM solutions like Lawson, SAP, Workday, ADP or other niche compensation or HR solutions, within large complex organizations. 3) Must have demonstrated experience leading significant efforts in business intelligence Reporting solutions such as Tableau, Hyperion, OBIEE, SSRS or other BI based solutions.
