This position works extensively with a matrix of globally distributed business-oriented groups and customers and requires a high amount of collaboration with teammates and customers. Qualifications: • *3 years of experience in eCommerce, Online Marketing, or Consumer Facing Web Applications highly preferred.* • Have proven ability to understand, manage and lead highly complex projects from conception through implementation. • Be able to demonstrate clear and effective thought process as well as clarity and simplicity in writing and communication. • Strong written communication and presentation skills using tools such as Microsoft Visio, Word, and PowerPoint. • Proven experience working with cross functional teams to drive product development. • Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven history of building strong relationships with team members. • International experience and previous corporate retail experience is preferred. • Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent work experience is preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must.
