The role of an architect/lead on an agile team is to ensure compliance and
balance between organization policies and industry best practices.  The
architect is the most senior member of the development team and is expected
to exhibit role model behavior and mentor with regards to test driven
development, continuous delivery and simple design.  Communication and
leadership are imperative competencies for this role.

The architect/lead is also be a close colleague to the *ScrumMaster*
ensuring Scrum ceremonies are held and artifacts are maintained
Ensuring impediments are visible and tracked to resolution

5+ years experience testing in an agile environment that leverages test

*Responsibilities include: *The role of an Agile Tester is to ensure all
facets of testing are accounted for during sprint execution.  *The role
assists the Product Owner and ScrumMaster* by ensuring test activities are
planned for and appropriately represented in the definition of done.  The
agile tester is co-located and embedded within the team and is the primary
author of acceptance test criteria (ATDD criteria:  given, when, then.)
 The Agile tester also plays a contributing role is story card grooming.

decent English Language tech spec / functional spec from it.
