Position: Test Engineer (Rockwell Automation ControlLogix) Location: Mayfield, OH Duration: 6+ Months Job Description: Program, configure and run Rockwell Automation ControlLogix control system components in automation customer configurations for Functional and System Testing of control system components. Essential Functions: . Develop and Follow detailed Test Specifications. . Performs integration of test hardware and test software with product under test. . Develop design documentation and test procedures for the test equipment. . Execute tests according to Test Specifications and record results. . Document work, tests, anomalies according to Test Department standards. . Good communication skills. Work Environment: Projects require self-direction and ability to adjust to changes in priority and scope. To be able to work in a dynamic team oriented organization, which demands a sense of urgency, customer focus, and process improvement. Projects involve the interaction between departments including Design Engineering, Operations, and Quality. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree(or equivalent experience) in electronics or electrical engineering, or computer science. Experience Requirements: . Minimum of 5 years of experience with Rockwell Automation ControlLogix system components. . System Integrator experience is an important bonus. . Current experience and fluent with Rockwell Automation ControlLogix L6x, L7x products and/or CompacLogix Ly controllers. . Current experience and fluent with Rockwell Automation RSLogix5000 (Studio5000/LogixDesigner) software . Demonstrated experience writing and configuring ControlLogix applications.
