*Description:* *Responsible for the detail design documentation, development, unit testing and maintenance of internally developed applications and externally purchased software products *Write code for system designs that span platforms *Code to and create Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) *Write code for enhancing existing programs or developing new programs *Write detailed technical specifications for subsystems and identify integration points *Estimate project timelines and resources required to complete programming projects *Perform unit testing and debugging and set test conditions based on code specifications *Supports application throughout the Product Development life cycle *Coordinate with areas for integration architecture solutions and determine the integration approach *Job Requirements:* *Bachelor’s degree in related business area or equivalent work experience and 6-10 or more years of related work experience *Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle, product development methodologies, database methodologies and system integration *Demonstrated experience with windows operating systems *understanding of coding design and documentation protocol as well as unit testing, change management and release procedures *Demonstrated experience programming using .net and sharepoint *PC Skills *Demonstrated experience using SQL or similar query language *Demonstrated experience using debugging tools(visual studio) *Demonstrated experience using versioning tools (TFS, ) *Additional Skills:* .NET Framework 3.5 WCF (Window Communication Foundation – web services development) SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) Team Foundation Server Dundas (This is a new tool they will be using) Expression (Not as important) Silverlight development (Not as important) Familiarity with the Guidance Automation Extensions Excel services Object Oriented Programming specially with either MVC or MVP pattern Web Client Factory Feb 2008 UDB or DB2 background Agile Development experience Linda Monalisa Aim Computer Consulting N.
