•             Looking for 6-10 years of experience.

•             Experience in Designing, Developing, Documenting, Testing of
ETL jobs and mappings in Server and Parallel jobs using Data Stage to
populate tables in Data Warehouse and Data marts.

•             *Expert in IBM DataStage* ETL Px version. Also should be
expert in data profiling, etc. using IBM QualityStage .

•             Expertise in using stages, Standardization, Scrubbing,
Matching and Survivorship rules using QualityStage

•             Implementation exp. in *EDM and large EDW projects in Life
Insurance domain highly preferable*

•             Expertise in designing Parallel jobs using various stages
like Join, Merge, Lookup, Remove duplicates, Filter, Dataset, Lookup file
set, Complex flat file, Modify, Aggregator, XML.

•             Understanding of relational and multi-dimensional data design
and development techniques including star schema, snowflake schema, cube
design and creation, MDX and others.

•             Should be a go-getter. Must be able to communicate &
negotiate effectively with various stakeholders
