Position:-  Avaya with Telecom Exp
Location:-  Lenexa, Kansas
Duration:-  6+ months


*Job Description:*


·         Knowledge of SIP, Avaya Communication Systems platform and
products etc.
·         Configuration, support, and troubleshooting of existing Avaya
contact center enterprise applications and solutions in both VoIP and TDM
technology environments.
·         At least 5 plus years of experience. Specific activities and
background required for this position include:
·         Avaya Core Telephony Products: Communications Manager, AES,
Modular Messaging, CMS, OneX Communicator/IP Softphone, OneX Agent/IP
Agent, Site Administration and Voice Announcement Manager.
Below skills are a plus:
·         Knowledge of VoIP Protocols H.323, H.248, SIP
·         Knowledge  Signaling Protocols ISDN, CAS, Analog, T1/E1 PRI, E&M
·         A plus if you have understanding of public Internet routing,
routers and switches
·         Experience with installation, configuration, administration,
monitoring and troubleshooting of
·         Avaya Media servers S8700, S8500, S8300 etc and
·         Media Gateways like G650, G700, G450,
·         Thorough understanding of LSP and ESS configurations and working.
·         Experience on Telephony structured cabling
·         Avaya Equipment - Configuration, software, hardware changes,
Backup & restoration etc
·         Voice network designing or architectural change.
·         Dial plan and voice network management
·         Understanding of Voice over IP deployment models
·         Implementing Dial Plans on Voice Gateways
·         Implementing H.323 Gatekeepers
·         Ability to configure and operate multisite deployment issues and
solutions, and describe and configure required dial plan elements.
·         Identify potential point of failures and critical segments
·         Capacity Planning
·         For all work requests & trouble tickets perform appropriate &
timely updates in TT, including escalations
·         Avaya Modular Messaging administration.
