ETL Developer in FL for 6+ months Contract !! General Job Description The resource will be working on mission critical projects - Simple Mobile Data conversion ETL project. Change & develop new ETL jobs to flow the date from clarity to BI system.
*Job Skills Required:* Five or more years experience of BI related experience in developing full life-cycle implementations, support , and upgrades in the following: Experience with DataStage ETL tool, EDI files, FTP files data transfers, SFTP is preferred. Relational database experience (SQL, tuning, optimizer, relational concepts) Oracle specific and PL/SQL skills. Unix Shell Programming for scheduling, file manipulation etc. Candidate must possess demonstrated technical leadership capability. The candidate must have experience as a significant developer on at least two data warehouse full life cycle implementation. Must be able to develop the detailed project plans and technical specifications for ETL module design, development, testing, and implementation. The candidate should have excellent knowledge in extraction, cleansing, and modification of data from/to various data sources. Must be able to perform table and interface design, development of logical and physical data model/database, ETL process, BI reporting/OLAP cubes/OLAP reporting, and population and tuning of databases/ETL processes/BI reports/queries while meeting business/user requirements. Strong knowledge in OLTP/OLAP systems, Normalized (OLTP), Demoralized (DW and ODS) models, dimensional strategies, star schema and snow flake schema. Must be able to verbally communicate business and technology concepts and tops fluently in English.
