Day to day responsibilities include technical troubleshooting and design validation. *Skill set* • Working knowledge of Remote Access • 2-3 Years VPN experience (S/W and H/W) • Strong experience with VPN Tunnel issues • Experience with QoS • Routing experience and understanding • TCP/IP analysis • IP sub netting • LAN/WAN troubleshooting • Command line experience • CCNA required, CCNP preferred • Scripting a plus • Good with clients and Executive staff • UC wireless/Video experience required.
