CVP/VXML scripting (in both Inbound and Outbound) and ICM scripting.

CVP/VXML scripting
ICM scripting
Java and call studio API
ICM configuration
Call Center best practices
Knowledge of UCCE architectural/troubleshooting
CAD and Finesse Desktop
