1. Knowledge on Account Receivables and Dispute resolution handling process
preferable
2. Ability to drive business requirement discussion with client business
user groups and data analysts and ensuring the same captured in functional
specification document.
3. Identify cross business revenue risk areas and identify alternative
solution that drive revenue enhancement and cost reduction.
4. Must have extensive data analysis/mapping experience
5. Build and run queries, and conduct complex data analysis
6. Understanding of Financial Assurance concepts and application in
business.
7. Experience with “Back-end” data processing and batch processing systems,
and multi-system integration
8. Excellent meeting facilitation skills – CRITICAL
9. Self-sufficient/self-starter – CRITICAL
10. Works well with Project Managers and requires little direction/takes
initiative – CRITICAL
11. Deep knowledge of the software development lifecycle and structured
software development methodologies
12. Fast and efficient, but thorough and methodical
13. Superior time management skills
14. Produces high-quality work, thinking through all scenarios and ensuring
complete coverage of requirements
15. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
16. Ability to multi-task, work on several projects simultaneously
17. Experience writing requirements for large system integration projects
18. Preparing UI mock screens
19. Providing Demos to client business users
