SF back-end configuration experience - architect level (front-end or end-user or integration or mastery certification does not match our requirement - these positions are all filled) . Hands-on SF experience specifically in this order Performance, Goals, Compensation, Succession & Development (Optional experience - JAM, on-boarding & workforce analytics) . min 3 years experience purely in SuccessFactors . Someone who had does SF solution design & had good foresight to guide us.
