Candidate should have5 yrs in TIBCO ADMIN. Experience in Configurations of all TIBCO SUITES OF PRODUCTS Installation/Config of TIBCO BW/EMS in Development, TEST and Production enviro Strong in troubleshooting, Montoring and Fault tolerance experience Have handled Exception Handling and High Availablities Technical skills- TIBCO Businessworks 5.7- TIBCO EMS- TIBCO RVo- TIBCO AdaptersOther requirements Have worked as Tech lead in Last two project and done Requirement Analysis and Design 5 years experience developing, deploying and supporting complex computing applications in a large scale environment Work with technical, functional teams in design and development of Services. Experience in developing large scale enterprise application Specialized in XML/XSLT and other XML related tools and technologies Experience with leading development teams Experiences in full life cycle of application/system development Excellent communication skills is a must have for this position Presenting design alternatives at the architecture review board, several management and technology meetings to get consensus.
