Note: Candidates must have a current IRS Minimum Background Clearance (MBI) Job Description: Infrastructure Engineer, workload analysis and predictive modeling Task Description: Infrastructure Engineer, functioning as Process Integrator for designing and orchestrating the implementation of infrastructure workload analysis and predictive modeling processes for the development organization across testing and production environments. Duties: . Design, document, implement, and execute workflow for producing end-to-end workload monitoring, reporting, and forecasting process for the client’s large production and pre-production environment 50% . Produce final-form reports of actuals and projected workload and throughput 10% . Prepare and present strategies and specific, actionable recommendations for accommodation of projected workloads based on reports and forecasts above 10% . Lead and participate in formal RCA sessions 10% . Lead and participate in capacity-related Incident and Problem resolution activities 10% Skills: . Consulting and implementation experience in infrastructure engineering, implementation, and system management experience (focused primarily on x86 platforms) for large, federal clients .
