The incumbent will have accountability for ETL job processing and failed job recovery efforts and migration of processes from development to production *RESPONSIBILITIES:* · Provides lead role in all ETL activities. · Acts as a key partner in the development of the analytics domain target state architecture and will own the creation, documentation and adherence of ETL development standards, processes and best practices. · Maintains responsibility for ETL job processing and failed job recovery efforts and migration of processes from development to production · *EDUCATION:* (Minimum formal education the job requires) · Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent combination of education and experience. · *EXPERIENCE* :( Minimum experience the job requires) · 5 years related experience, preferably in restaurant industry · Demonstrated ability to communicate well with the general public and experience in establishing and maintaining an effective working relationship with management, vendors, and co-workers. Must have proven experience in working directly with business customers. · Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment · ETL development and support experience using DataStage (or similar enterprise class tool) · Experience in Data Warehousing on large scale development leveraging industry standard enterprise class ETL tools · Leadership experience, including proven success in leading development teams in complex Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence project implementations · ETL code deployment, production troubleshooting experience · Strong ETL performance tuning skills to include the ability to quickly and efficiently analyze and resolve performance issues within a variety of operational environments. · Demonstrated ability to analyze data · SQL Server database experience · Demonstrated data analysis skills, to include the ability to dig in and understand complex models and business processes · Experience leading technical design for data integration to data warehouse · Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, schemas, Slowly Changing Dimensions, and Facts and Dimensions, with the ability to coach and mentor business and technical staff · Must be a self-starter with a keen interest in technology and highly motivated toward success · Must be proactive and be prepared to address and lead meetings · Must show initiative and desire to learn business becoming a subject matter expert · Must be able to work independently and provide updates to management · Must have excellent problem solving skills and proven teamwork and communication skills Regards...
