Position : Life Insurance Business Analyst Location : Boston, MA Duration : 6+ months *Must have Agile and AWD "Automated Work Distributor " (a BPM tool)* *Skills and Experience Required :* - 5 years BA experience, preferably in transferring functionality from old to new systems - Proven experience in learning new technologies and tools at a rapid pace. - Expertise in structured analysis and design, writing detailed specifications, designing test strategies, test cases and plans for user acceptance; system and regression testing, executing testing conditions and analyzing problems discovered in test - Thoroughly familiar with Microsoft Office Products, especially Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation, facilitation and interviewing. - Strong analytical and interpersonal skills to work effectively with the user community, understand their customer s perspective, but are able to influence decisions.
