*SAP Functional consultant *specializing in the Environment, Health and Safety Management module of SAP (*EHSM*). The candidate should have a solid understanding of the SAP EHSM environment to allow for sound decision making ability and recognition of downstream impacts of such decisions. *SAP Consultant – EHSM (Environment, Health and Safety Management module)* *Location: Atlanta GA* *Duration: 12months ++ Renewable Contract* *Skills Required:* · Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing · Strong analytical skills · Strong organizational skills; attention to detail · Good conceptual and problem solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply applications knowledge to identify appropriate solutions · Solid understanding of SAP technical architecture · Good interpersonal skills; effective team player · Ability to "think outside the box" while identifying problems, developing creative solutions and advising the team members · Detailed knowledge of the EHSM Component Extension 3.0 incident recording and processing functionality *Experience required:* · Experience in configuring and implementing SAP products · *Experience with IMG configuration for EHSM Incident Management* · *Use of Field Control within EHSM Incident Management* · *Experience with SAP HCM person master records* · *Experience with SAP Org Management* · *Experience with POWL and UWL* · *Use of the BW BEx Analyzer tools for reporting and creating report variants* · *Knowledge of the SAP ASAP project methodology* · *Good understanding of integration and Business Process Designs points between Key modules that work with EHSM.* · *Proficient in writing functional requirements and being involved with process as well as functional design activities * *Preferred but not required:* · *Experience with SAP Floorplan Manager* · *Experience with BOPF* · *Customizing SAP Workflow objects* · *Development of SAP Adobe output forms* · *Experience with SAP EH&S Occupational Health* · *Domain expertise in occupational safety, medical surveillance, or operational risk management* · *Experience with SAP Solution Manager* · *Experience with HP Quality Center* · *Experience with HP Service Manager* *Description of Duties:* · Participate as a functional analyst for the Medical Case Management project through all ASAP project phases. · Implement new configuration for the Medical Case Management project. · Maintain the current configuration of EHSM in ECC as it relates to what has been implemented for Incident Management project (using Near Miss functionality). · Integrate additional use of the functionality as opportunities arise within the business. · Support the Technical services, Security and Development teams by performing ad-hoc testing, creating test data, and validation of enhancements. · Test Script authoring and maintenance · Test Script execution support · Support new Security and Role development as it arises. · Collaborate with NS business teams and other SAP COE members to gather, interpret, document and clearly define functional/technical requirements as projects arise. · Build business plans, strategic directions, standards, processes, and procedures within the scope of assigned projects. · Transfer knowledge to NS teams around EHSM functionality. · Review training documents that get developed for the business community and make recommendations for improvement.
