Please let me know your interest. *Java Developer* *Location: Erlanger, KY* *Duration: Long term* *Rate: $45/hr* *Role Description:* Designs, develops, conducts full testing and supports production implementation as well as post implementation warranty period. Has a wider view of the system integration points and potential impacts for design decisions to new/existing systems and downstream processes. *Desired Experience: *3.00 yrs. *General Description:* Design, develop, test, implement and support enterprise systems. Troubleshoot, solve problems and recommend solutions. *Requirements/Must Have:* · Extensive experience (3-5 years) developing enterprise web based applications using Java and best-practice approaches to achieve a high degree of component reuse. · Strong development experience with Java and WebSphere version 8.x, Rational and Eclipse tools. · Strong development experience with integration of WebSphere, WebSphere Portal, Oracle & SQL Server, *Siteminder and eDirectory* · Strong development experience with foundational Java technologies (e.g. Java Frameworks (Struts, Spring,), JSP and JavaScript). · Strong experience refactoring code and leading code reviews. · Strong communication and documentation skills (verbal and written). · Expertise in the design of N-tier web applications. · Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. · Creative thinking for providing innovative solutions. · Self Starter.
