Please send the resumes at pe...@cncconsulting.com Job Title: Project Manager w/Medicaid Location: Columbia, SC Duration: 12 Months The MITA Management Project Manager (PM) is responsible for managing cost, schedule, scope, and quality of all activities and deliverables on the project. The PM will monitor the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure the MITA framework has been applied to all active projects. The PM will provide MITA training when/where needed. The PM will oversee the MITA State Self-Assessment (SS-A) and MECT certification efforts. Duties include: Monitor PMO projects to ensure MITA framework is followed. Manage the MITA SS-A including the development of the MITA Roadmap and all required CMS documents and forms. Participate in the MECT certification. Provide MITA training, as needed. Building a project plan in Microsoft Project and executing to that plan. Working within JIRA to establish plan, traceability and metrics. Managing project risks and issues. Directing the activities of the Business Analysts/Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the development of project documents. Reporting on project status and strategies orally and in writing to the Project Director, project partners and other major initiative projects leads. Other duties as assigned. REQUIRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE): Experience with the Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA) principles and framework Experience in completing a MITA State Self-Assessment (SS-A) including the development of a MITA Roadmap and all required CMS documents and forms. Ability to monitor PMO projects and mentor project owners in the importance of the MITA framework/principles.
