Enterprise middleware (JBoss suite optimal), including deploying pub-sub bus (ActiveMQ), Fuse; *Job Description: *As Lead SW Engineer, you will lead the development of the back-end business logic, domain object model, SOA / messaging infrastructure, and service APIs on an exciting, clean-slate enterprise web app project. As a Technical Lead, you will work closely with the Project Manager/Owner, Architects, Data Modeler, UI Lead, and QA Lead to assist in investigation, building the team, design and planning, as well as provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers as a Java EE SME. Desired Experience: - Bachelor’s or advanced degree, preferably in Computer Science or Engineering disciplines. - *10+ years OOD;* * - 6+ years Enterprise App development, preferably in Enterprise Java (or similar framework); - 3+ years with SOA / Web Services experience - 2+ years with Agile development / Scrum; - 1+ years as in a technical leadership role on a team*; - Experience at all phases of a project (including early planning, ramp-up); Experience integrating with 3rd party or legacy apps.
