Business is based in London Project Location London, Boston Responsibilities BA works collaboratively with IT Regulatory workstream lead, IT Project PM and IT team to: • Deliver signed-off Business Requirements and Functional Specifications (BFSD) and process flows for Regulatory reporting Solutions o Lead/ BFSD Author for OTC Derivatives Trade Reporting IT workstreams for EMIR, APAC, Canada (DTCC is Swaps Data repository of choice) o Work directly with Compliance, Business (PM, SME), IT staff to facilitate agreement on BFSD content, documentation of assumptions and risks, tracking and closure of issues o Create Data Mappings(working with Swaps Platform Vendor and Business SME) from Equity Swaps Platform to Regulatory BFSD data attributes • Support Regulatory reporting Technology selection activities, as needed • Contribute Regulatory data requirements into EC Reporting Data Mart –working with IT Data Architect and other project BA’s. Work includes o Participation in working sessions to create/extend the Data Mart logical model, o Documentation of regulatory use of Data Mart/model for BA’s assigned workstreams • Review/comment on Technical Specifications for assigned workstream technology solutions ï?§ Swaps Platform interface (input) to data mart ï?§ Output – Including Data Extract and Technical descriptions of business rules for data enrichment/mapping for Regulatory record formation • Support Implementation, QA and UAT activities: o Provide input and review Test Cases and QA Plans o Provide Implementation support to IT Lead – GTR connectivity, setup o Provide QA and UAT support, review defects, act as escalation liaison to Business/Compliance SME • Provide weekly updates on progress and blocking factors to IT project manager Experience • 7-10 years’ experience in Business Analysis • Hands on *work in EMIR Trade/Position reporting.
