Please let me know your interest in this.* I need some Rational Quality Manager experience added in your resume if you are okay.* Test Lead Detroit, MI Long Term project (extensions every 6 months) $85-90k per year all-inclusive (including vacation, healthcare) *on W-2* *LOCAL CANDIDATES HIGHLY PREFERRED.* *Top Three Skills/Experience * Minimum 8+ years of web, client server application testing experience. *Minimum of 2+ years of Rational Quality Manager * *Minimum of 5+ years of experience in leading team of QA Testers*. *Required Skills/Experience* - *Must come from a strong healthcare background * - Extensive experience in leading complex projects and programs with division or company wide scope. - Strong skills required in communications, leadership, presentations to senior management, problem-solving, project management, team development and organization. - Ability to convert requirements documents (Business Requirements, Functional Requirements and Technical Requirements) into test strategies/plans, test scenarios and test cases, including appropriate SQL scripts to execute testing cases. - Extensive creativity required across areas of expertise. - A high proficiency level in specific job related skills is required. - Experience and ability to participate in test planning, coordination and resource estimation for the project. - Minimum 10 years related experience preferred - Must have the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly - Prepare and manage test schedule, resources with project development schedule - Should be able to coordinate with internal and external teams. - Propose testing best practices across clients/industry to strengthen testing methodology - Successful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadership abilities - Solid understanding of relational database concepts, SQL and procedural SQL - Will be responsible for explaining and validating test results to peers as well as clients. - Must be able to question the work of others to ensure accuracy and be able to defend theories and methodologies used to create individual results. - Strong executive presence and ability to interact with top executives - Solid time management skills with emphasis on multi-tasking. *Preferred Skills/Experience* - *Understanding of concepts of Performance testing and Load Testing * - *Prior experience with Agile Projects is a plus.* - *Prior working experience of Rational Tools is a plus.* Educational Requirements - A Bachelor s degree in Business or Computer Science, or 5+ years related work experience required *ONLY EAD/GC/USC NEED tO APPLY.
