*Position:* Manual Tester *Location:* Tampa, FL *Duration:* Contract for 1 or more years *(American candidates preferred)* *Requirements:* - Must have extensive experience in manual test creation and application testing - Must be able to generate test plans and speak knowledgably about it - Trading platform experience appears to be a keen interest as well. Must have extensive experience with Manual test creation and manual application testing - Ability to generate Test Plans and Test strategies - Identify and define test cases/test procedures, user stories, and scenarios - Execute and evaluate test cases/ test procedures based on detailed functional and non-functional requirements - Generate Software Change Requests (SCRs) in response to discovered defects and/or enhancement requests - Experience with ticketing system Jira - Knowledge of C++ : Not looking to code, but test a Windows application - Experience with trading platforms is strongly preferred - Interact with other members in a positive manner to deliver on-time and above standard applications - Self-sufficient and can work independently as needed without the need for guidance - Strong problem solving skills and conceptual and analytical thinking with attention to detail - Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience operating within an Agile SDLC (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, etc.), operating closely with developers Proactive in learning new technologies and systems 1. *Manual Testing – the more the better* 2. *Must have extensive experience in manual test creation and application testing* 3. *Must be able to generate test plans and speak knowledgably about it* 4. *Trading platform experience appears to be a keen interest as well.
