It is essential to have a flexible attitude and excellent communication skills. This person will be responsible for establishing and executing the User Experience Front End Technology vision, industry best practices and standards for AA.com user interface (UI) development. *Skill sets:* - Proficient in markup coding by hand, specifically HTML5 and/or XHTML 1.0 - Proficient in CSS3, SASS/SCSS/LESS/COMPASS implementation and best practices - Proficient in JavaScript coding.
