*12+Mts* *$60 Hr C2C* Project Manager prefer PMP but not necessary 9 HOUR PROF DAY • For larger projects o Create & maintain detailed project schedule o Manage equipment orders, staging & inventory o Conduct weekly meetings, and document via weekly Status Reports that include the following content: Team Accomplishments, Agenda, Key Point / Minutes from Last Meeting, 2 week Look-Ahead, Actions, Red/Amber/Green Issue Tracking Summary, Network Change Request (GCM) Summary • For all projects/assignments o Create & maintain project data in Clarity system o Provide detailed and timely regular and ad-hoc updates to DB management o Ensure timely and accurate publication of all project deliverables owed by Deployment Engineers o Manage project delivery o Escalate project issues to management o Support project closure activities • General role requirements o Coach Deployment Engineers in creating, and participate actively in the creation of, the following mandatory network implementation deliverables (as appropriate, per project): § Network Diagrams § Unit Assembly Templates § Copper/fiber Patching Schedules § Rack Elevation drawings § Staging Documents § Device Configurations files (per DB network standards) § Change Validation Documents (CVDs) [mandatory for any network change] § COSI-FOT Checklists - Configuration & Operational Status Integrity, Fail Over Testing o Act as primary liaison between GNS implementation team and DB internal groups including ITF, AS Connectivity, UNIX, business/client and peer GNS resources (Engineering, Cabling, CVM, Firewalls, Operations) o Act as primary liaison between GNS implementation team and DB external groups including collocation providers and equipment staging partners. o Coordinate appropriate updates with NMS Team as devices are productionized and ensure all network devices are properly inventoried in Netbase o Secure appropriate signoff for all network deliverables produced or updated during a project o Oversee and manage day to day activities of Deployment Engineers o Ensure all networking systems are delivered based upon DB network standards o Ensure compliance with DB standard network deployment practices during implementation o Create, or work with Deployment Engineers to create, Global Change Management (GCM) requests o Secure approval for network changes (GCMs) o Attend weekly change control meetings to present, or support presentation by Deployment Engineers, of network changes o Host testing bridge conference calls for any changes involving disruption to service o Coordinate next business day support for changes o Issue notifications for all change events o Turn-over all documentation created or updated during this project to Deutsche Bank. *Regards,* *Rahman, * *Sr Resource Recruiter* *rahm...@usmsystems.com <rahm...@usmsystems.com>* *703 246 1849* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP BASIS" group.
